Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various design software and have experience in creating utility designs for a variety of projects. The individual in this role is responsible for preparing the drawing sets which may include gas, electric, phone, and cable television infrastructure for utility companies.

Responsibilities:

- Create detailed drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D

- Develop schematics and layouts for mechanical/joint trench/utility designs
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs meet specifications
- Insert new civil base files into job files
- Assist in the build process by providing accurate drawings
- Assist with preparing joint trench plan sets including gas, electric, phone and cable submittals for utility companies

Experience:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and Bluebeam
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles
- Experience in creating detailed schematics
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and other team members
- AutoCAD certification desired

Pay: $26.44 - $40.00 per hour
